Our Story
A Family-Built Promise to Everett Seniors
Golden Years Senior Care began in 2010 in a single home on a quiet Everett street. Our founder, a longtime healthcare nurse, watched too many seniors moved into facilities that felt institutional — bright halls, rotating caregivers, meals from trays. She believed her parents — and yours — deserved better. So she opened a small adult family home in Everett, WA built around three simple ideas: real homes, consistent caregivers, and care plans built around the person.
Fifteen years later, Golden Years operates three licensed adult family homes across Everett. We've served more than 200 families. We've welcomed residents through assisted living, memory care, hospice, and respite stays. We've grown — but only by staying small at every home. Six residents. Same caregivers. Home-cooked meals. The same promise we made on day one.
Today our Everett, Washington team includes licensed caregivers, dementia specialists, hospice partners, and a family-owned leadership team who still know every resident by name. That's not marketing — it's how a true adult family home should work.
