Adult family homes are licensed residences with no more than 6 residents, set in real neighborhoods. You get the highest staff-to-resident ratio in Washington — and a home that smells like dinner instead of a facility. We are state-licensed and inspected to the same care standards as larger settings.
Pricing depends on level of care, room type, and the home. Most private rooms range from $6,800–$9,200/month all-inclusive. We can walk you through Long-Term Care Insurance, Veterans benefits, and Medicaid eligibility on your tour.
Yes — we accept Medicaid (DSHS COPES waiver) for qualifying residents at all three of our Everett homes. We can help you navigate the application.
Absolutely. There are no posted visiting hours. Bring grandchildren, bring the dog, bring dinner. This is home.
Most residents age in place with us. We adjust the care plan as needs shift — our hospice partnership means many residents never have to move again, ever.
